Best dentist around - I’ve been going to Jackomis for years and even when in college I’d fly home to have my dental needs taken care of at his office.

Dr Jackomis is extremely thorough and takes great pride in actually creating his own crowns on-site. The 3D imaging and lathe he has to map and create crowns are state of the art. I watched the he entire process from mapping the ground tooth to the creation of the crown. Amazing! And the crown color is spot on. His assistant has a good eye for the tooth color choice as well.

Rick has done an excellent job working on and fixing my daughters snapped off front tooth. He did a root canal and is currently working on a crown for her. My wife is going to Rick now for some dentistry work that she started a long time ago and has not finished with another dentist. Once he didn't know an answer, but contacted some of his colleagues to give me the most up-to-date information on my dental condition. He is available for emergency conditions when needed. His staff including Elsie and Jimmy have worked there for years and are very knowledgeable and kind. I have moved away from Northern Virginia - now living in Maryland. I still drive over one hour (with that horrible Beltway traffic) just to continue to see him. That's how great of a dentist he is!

Meticulous and caring, works really hard to make sure my challenging teeth work the best they can. Today he corrected the bite on a new root canal & surrounding teeth. So glad he is patient enough to keep working on it until it is perfect. Great office staff, always feel glad to be there.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jackomis for many years and never had a negative experience. His chair side manner is professional, he is very pleasant, and most important, his dental equipment and technical skills seem to be a decade ahead of everyone else's. Example - dental lasers came out years ago but had poor results. The current version, which Dr. Jackomis uses, will "drill" a cavity with no need for novocain because there is no discomfort. After years of tooth grinding, all of my teeth needed to be rebuilt. Dr. Jackomis performed major crown and veneer work which has held up beautifully and still receives compliments a decade later. Dr. Jackomis considers numerous options if major dental work is needed. If one of the options is expensive, he will look at the other options first to see if one of them will work just as well. Dr. Jackomis is an excellent and “ahead of the pack” medical professional. You can absolutely trust him with your dental work.

I haven't been to the dentist in 11 years due to past trauma and depression. After reading other reviews, I decided to bite the bullet and book an appointment at this clinic. When I first walked in, the atmosphere was super friendly and welcoming. Everyone seemed to be chatting in the lobby and laughing. The other great thing about this clinic is that, at least to where I went, the room was open and not closed off and it felt more safe. Atmosphere aside, Jessica and Rick were very kind to me. I'm booking my husband here, and won't be going elsewhere. Amazing clinic.

I AM A RAVING FAN!! Are you petrified of the dentist like I was? Then do yourself the best favor you can and see Dr Jackomis! I likely hadn’t been to the dentist, let alone stepped in one’s office, for about 15 years prior to visiting and meeting Dr Jackomis. Now, I have been a patient for over six years, who is repeatedly in for routine maintenance, and not only have I conquered my main fear but, have successfully completed many dental procedures that were incredibly important to my health. All of these milestones were possible due to the diligence and absolute genuine care that Dr. Jackomis and his staff have for each and every patient. I am telling you, just reach out and call! My first time to the office was to simply have a cup of coffee with Dr. Jackomis. He took the time to get to know me, answered any questions I had about techniques, his education, why he became a dentist. I shared with him my fears and reluctancy as well. At that point, Dr. Jackomis had one goal...to ultimately make me to feel comfortable walking through the office door. Since then I’ve had cleanings, cavities filled, tooth extractions, bone graphs, dental implants and everyone’s fav...root canals. Guess what...with NO PAIN! Say what?!?? Rick is a great dentist. I have seen him for a cleaning and some fillings now. He is honest, helpful, and does great work. I’m so thankful to have been referred to him. I trust him and his opinions. He makes going to the densit as painless as it can possibly be. He has nice financial options for people without insurance as well.

Dr J is awesome. His work is second to none. A little on the pricy side however you only ever get one set of permanent teeth. If you don’t like this guy your crazy.

Been going to Dr. Jackomis for three years and I have to say that I have never had a better dentist. He sees me, my wife, and our three kids and they all love going there. He is so patient and gentle with the kids (and me who is a dental fraid-i-cat). He makes everyone as comfortable as he can and is always happy to see you. He fixed one of my teeth so well that I cannot even tell which tooth it is anymore.
