Eliminating plaque from your pearly whites at least once a day is an essential part of an awesome hygiene routine. When plaque remains on teeth for too long, it can make tartar, which leads to periodontal disease. Rinsing with mouthwash solution, in addition to brushing your pearly whites and flossing, can help you keep your oral cavity clean and healthy. Mouthwash can decrease tooth decay, periodontal disease (also known as gingivitis), tartar and plaque. Removing the plaque on your pearly whites by rinsing with mouthwash will decrease the amount of enamel-attacking bacteria in your mouth that lead to cavities, and it might lower your risk for periodontal disease.

Using mouthwash is pretty simple. You can wash out your mouth by vigorously swishing the manufacturer-recommended amount of mouthwash for 30 to 60 seconds before spitting it out. Do not consume for at least half of an hour after using the mouthwash; this will aid your pearly whites to get the greatest advantage from using the mouthwash.
